Key Responsibilities


* Provide therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.


* Complete daily treatment documentation accurately and timely.


* Implement physician-directed treatment plans and monitor resident progress.


* Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team.


* Participate in patient care conferences and rehabilitation meetings as appropriate.


* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.


* Report equipment concerns to ensure optimal safety and functionality.


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and discharge recommendations.

Qualifications


* Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
