We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our exceptional in-house therapy team.

Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
* Deliver skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established plans of care.
* Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with California regulations.
* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation professionals, residents, and families to maximize outcomes.
* Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and discharge planning meetings.
* Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, recertifications, and discharge summaries.
* Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive equipment, safety strategies, home programs, and techniques to maximize independence.
* Recommend and coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) as needed.
* Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient therapy environment.
