What You Bring to the Arena Lead complex commercial projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout.Own the financial performance of your projects, including budgets, forecasting, buyout, contracts, change management, and cost control.Build and manage project schedules while proactively identifying risks, delays, and issues that could impact project performance.Partner with the Superintendent to lead the project team and keep field and project operations aligned.Lead OAC meetings and serve as a trusted partner to owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.Drive value management, QA/QC, risk management, and project closeout throughout the project lifecycle.Develop Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while building teams that deliver strong results.

The Skills Behind the Build 8+ years of commercial construction experience, including 3+ years as a Project Manager with a general contractor.Proven experience independently leading $10M$50M+ commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.Demonstrated ownership of project financials, schedules, teams, and client relationships.Experience leading healthcare, mission critical/data center, federal, or other technically complex commercial projects is highly valued.Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent construction experience.
