Kidwell is seeking an Electrical Foreman in the Lincoln area.

Previous experience running large sized commercial or multi-unit residential jobs is preferred.

Applicants must also possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a passion to lead a team and job effectively.

This position comes with extreme growth potential as we continue to expand in the Lincoln market.

Almost all of our leadership team (PMs, Estimators, Directors, etc.) started out in the field, and we continue to have new leadership opportunities created regularly.

CurrentState of Nebraska Journeyman license is required.

What Youll Do: Strategically plan anddelegate tasks to apprentices and journeyman on the jobsiteTrain and develop staff on jobs to create competent and capable teamsPartner with Kidwell Project Management team to coordinate change orders, purchasing, RFIs, and other tasks to help support a successful jobCoordinate with the Field Personnel Director to predict future staffing needsWorkfrom drawings and blueprintssupplied to make efficient use of materials and labor, in order to provide a high-quality installation and servicesManageand coordinatechanges to job scope, always aiming to keep jobs within the estimated budget and timelineEffectivelyprioritizetasksto ensure timelycompletion of projects and jobsWork effectivelywith the general contractor and other contractors on site to maintain project timelinesInstalland repairelectrical systems and equipment within the scope of the jobCreate and maintain a safe work environment, meeting or exceeding OSHA regulations Do You Have What It Takes?
