Housing Advocacy Specialist (Supportive Housing)

Are you passionate about helping individuals and families achieve long-term housing stability? Three Rivers Community Action is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Housing Advocacy Specialist to join our Supportive Housing team.

In this role, you'll provide housing-focused case management, support tenancy stability, and help participants overcome barriers that may jeopardize their housing success.

About the Role As a Housing Advocacy Specialist, you'll work directly with individuals and households living in Site-Based Supportive Housing.

You'll help participants maintain stable housing through relationship-building, advocacy, service coordination, and proactive problem-solving.

You'll collaborate with participants, property managers, and community partners to ensure individuals have the resources and support needed to sustain housing and achieve their goals.

This role requires strong critical thinking skills, adaptability, and a participant-centered approach while balancing program requirements and compliance standards.

This full-time position (40 hours per week) is Monday-Friday and will be based in Austin.
