This position serves as a key link between manufacturing operations and engineering, assisting with maintaining process standards, supporting equipment and process improvements, and helping drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

The Engineering Specialist works under guidance while developing technical expertise in manufacturing processes, equipment, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Duties/Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Manufacturing Support Support daily manufacturing operations by assisting with troubleshooting process and equipment issues.

Work closely with operators, supervisors, maintenance, and engineering personnel to identify improvement opportunities.

Assist with implementation of process changes and manufacturing improvements.

Participate in production meetings and provide technical support as needed.

Help maintain manufacturing standards and best practices.

Process Documentation & Standardization Develop, update, and maintain work instructions, visual aids, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
