This position serves as a technical leader within the organization, driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, capacity, cost, and equipment reliability while mentoring team members and influencing cross-functional teams.

Key Duties/Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Manufacturing Leadership Own manufacturing performance within assigned production areas.

Develop long-term improvement roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Lead complex root cause investigations and corrective actions.

Capital Project Management Identify, justify, and lead capital investment projects.

Develop business cases including ROI, payback, risk, and capacity analysis.

Manage projects from concept through startup and validation.

Process Optimization Lead value stream improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Design and implement process changes that improve productivity, quality, and safety.

Establish manufacturing standards and best practices.

Technical Leadership Serve as technical resource for operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

Coach and mentor interns and other members of the team.
