Position Overview: The Assistant Financial Center Manager is a senior, hands-on leader who partners with the Financial Center Manager to drive business growth, client loyalty, colleague performance and operational integrity within a larger, higher-volume or more complex Financial Center.

The role independently manages complex client needs and delegated business-plan responsibilities, provides structured coaching and serves as the primary acting manager when the Financial Center Manager is unavailable.

This position helps build bench strength, reinforces consistent execution and connects clients to the full capabilities of Peapack.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience and Relationship Management


* Set and model white-glove service standards that reflect Peapack hospitality, urgency, discretion and care.


* Manage complex or high-value client relationships and escalations, coordinating appropriate Bank partners through resolution.


* Lead proactive client outreach, relationship reviews, retention activity and portfolio-deepening efforts.


* Use client feedback, complaint trends and service data to identify root causes and recommend sustainable improvements.

Business Growth and Financial Center Performance


* Partner with the Financial Center Manager to execute the business plan, production pipeline, activity expectations and financial goals.
