What you will be doing in the role of a Program Manager, Healthcare Partnerships The Program Manager, Healthcare Partnerships will support initiatives to improve patients access to high-quality breast health care in the U.S.

The Program Manager will foster relationships with health care and community organizations to support the integration of Komens resources and programs into health care delivery and community settings.

Serving as an operational liaison between participating organizations and Komen program teams, the Program Manager will lead relationship-management, implementation, and workflow-coordination.

The Program Manager will guide organizations through needs and readiness assessment, identification of appropriate Komen resources, workflow design, referral implementation, onboarding, and ongoing engagement.

This role will ensure partnership development and implementation activities are well-documented, effectively coordinated, and aligned with Komens broader goals related to innovation, health equity, and influence across the health care ecosystem.

What You Will Bring to the Table Supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of outreach and partnership initiatives about breast health, breast cancer and Komen's mission programs that benefit community members, organizations and providers.Identifying key partners and building relationships with health care organizations and community organizations to connect clinical and community ecosystems around access barriers.Managing a portfolio of organizational relationships, conducting discovery meetings to understand organizational priorities and opportunities, developing tailored engagement strategies, and cultivating relationships that lead to implementation of Komen resources and programs.Serving as point of contact with community partners to foster collaboration to achieve shared goals and objectives and support dissemination of and...
