Electrical Maintenance

About This Job You play a vital role in keeping our facility safe, efficient, and fully operational.

As an Industrial Electrician, you'll help keep our production equipment running by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving electrical systems throughout the plant.

In this hands-on role, you'll solve problems before they lead to downtime, support equipment installations and upgrades, and work closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure reliable plant performance.

What You'll Do Troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain electrical equipment and systems throughout the facility.Install, modify, and maintain electrical wiring, motors, control panels, and other plant electrical equipment.Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.Support plant shutdowns, equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects.Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with applicable electrical, building, and safety codes.Investigate equipment failures and communicate findings to operations and maintenance teams.Assist in planning future repairs, maintenance activities, and major electrical projects.Help develop and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance programs.Maintain effective communication with plant leadership, maintenance personnel, and operations teams.Support other plant maintenance activities as needed.

What You'll Bring Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical experience.Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in an industrial, manufacturing, mining, or similar environment.Knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, motor controls, and industrial electrical equipment.Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with operations and maintenance teams.Basic math and reading skills.A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.

Bonus Points If You Have Master Electrician certification.Experience working with the National Electrical Code (NEC).Experience supporting equipment installations, plant upgrades, or capital projects.Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs.Experience working in an MSHA-regulated environment.
