Engineer II, Manufacturing Engineering
Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Engineer and make a tangible impact on production efficiency and equipment reliability.
This role offers the opportunity to design innovative solutions, optimize processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Intra-logistics and Material Flow Planning for New Products and CI Changes
• Lead or support process optimization and logistics excellence initiatives across inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations.
• Drive digitalization projects in logistics-covering warehouse automation, data visibility, and digital dashboards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, SCM, IT, Finance) to ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Benchmark best practices from industry leaders to enhance Schneider's Warehouse and logistics performance.
6-12 years of experience in warehouse design, logistics engineering, supply chain engineering, or distribution center planning • Defining PFEP for current and future process / product lines • Experience designing large-scale warehouses and distribution centers.
• Experience in manufacturing env, automotive, or 3PL environments preferred.
