It is the responsibility of the Inventory Control Analyst to support inventory goals, initiatives and anticipate problems that could impact those goals.

To be effective as the Inventory Control Analyst, the individual must be fluent with communication, eager to solve problems and implement solutions, engage freely with all departments and levels in the organizations, and maintain positive relations with all internal levels of the organization remain uncompromised.

Duties to include, but not limited to: Performs inventory audits and cycle counts at the Taylor Entrance Systems facility Monitor and maintain inventory levels and product movement for accuracy.

Research and identify root causes for inventory inaccuracies.

Designs, recommends, and implement process improvement plans.

Identify obsolete, excess and damaged inventory partnering with cross departmental stake holders who collaborate on end-of-life procedures and other inventory related decisions.

Collaborates with Supply Chain and Production to review, monitor, and implement improvements in inventory control processes & system changes.

Develop and maintain a clean, safe working environment and ensure participation in safety programs and required trainings.
