Job responsibilities can include but are not limited to: Coordinates an orientation program for all new employees, including an introduction to the organization, rules and responsibilitiesMaintain all staff and contract personnel files (HR related)Send deficiency notices to personnelAct as Receptionist for the office, answering inquiries of general nature from applicants, visitors, and professional staff, assisting them in a timely, friendly and cooperative mannerTracks admission, discharge, certification and recertification dates on all patientsAssists with auditsVerify insurance eligibility for new and existing patientsAssists with medical supply and equipment orderingAssists in the billing process and financial functions as neededAssists in staff scheduling as neededResponsible for the volunteer programAssist in other administrative job duties as needed Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have at least one (1) year of experience in a hospice or home health settingMust be able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environmentMust possess proper telephone etiquetteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience within HR is preferred Benefits & Perks 7 paid holidays annually, plus a paid day off for your birthdayComprehensive benefits package with a variety of insurance plan options401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributionsSupport for continuing education and professional development creditsAdditional employee benefits and wellness programs
