As ourShared Living RN, you will enjoy the autonomy of working ~75% remotely while serving as the lead clinical expertmentoring Host Home Providers, teaching health protocols, and ensuring top-tier medical care across Colorado.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Mentorship & Delegation:Train and oversee Host Home Providers on delegated nursing tasks per the Nurse Practice Act; lead medical intake and discharge transitions.

Education & Medication Safety:Teach state-approved Medication Administration courses, oversee prescription disbursement and disposal workflows, and review medication errors.

Quality & Compliance:Perform clinical record audits, collaborate with community medical professionals, and ensure full compliance with state health regulations and HIPAA.

Qualifications Licensure & Education:Active State RN license; ADN or BSN degree; current CPR/First Aid certification.

Experience:Background with IDD or Mental Health populations preferred; strong computer proficiency required.

Requirements: Valid Drivers License; ability to pass background checks (criminal, Medicaid/Medicare fraud, employment verification) and a drug screen (if applicable).

Travel throughout the state required 25% of the time.

Mileage reimbursement or rental car provided based on distance.

Available 20 hours per week.
