What you will do

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing frontline leadership to maintenance operations while driving equipment reliability, asset performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, utilities, and facility systems.

This role supervises maintenance personnel, manages maintenance programs, and applies engineering principles to improve equipment safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead and inspire maintenance teams to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues, ensuring safe operations, maximizing equipment uptime, and supporting production commitments.


* Supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, and support personnel by assigning work priorities, providing coaching and technical guidance, and fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.


* Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling activities through the CMMS, ensuring work orders, preventive maintenance programs, asset records, and spare parts inventories are accurately maintained.


* Develop and implement strategic maintenance and reliability programs utilizing preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance methodologies to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.


* Lead and coordinate shutdown activities and support commissioning, and qualification activities by providing required supervision and coverage.


* Analyze equipment failures and operational losses using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and reliability-centered maintenance principles to eliminate recurring issues.
