As our company continues to grow, we're seeking an Experienced Plumbing Technician to join our team! Position Summary: The Plumbing Technician is responsible for providing professional, high-quality plumbing services to residential customers.

This position requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of plumbing issues safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.

Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options.

Perform service calls in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.

Clearly communicate plumbing issues, solutions, and pricing with customers.

Complete plumbing repairs and installations according to company standards and applicable codes.

Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked company vehicle and work area.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Accurately document work performed, materials used, and customer recommendations.

Identify opportunities to educate customers about preventative maintenance and system improvements.

Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.

Work independently while also communicating effectively with dispatch, management, and other technicians.

Qualifications: Previous residential plumbing experience.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and applicable codes.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical work as required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls throughout the day.
