Mortgage Originator

What You'll Do: Market Robins Financial Credit Union mortgage products and services to current and prospective members, as well as real estate agents and credit union staff as referral sources to originate mortgage loan applications.

Counsel borrowers and prepare all applicable application documentation and disclosures ensuring compliance with Robins Financial policy/procedure, State/Federal Regulations, and FNMA/Secondary Marketing Guidelines.

Obtains pertinent documentation from borrower to promote timely underwriting decisions.

Manages applications pipeline to maintain contact with applicants, realtors and attorneys to ensure member satisfaction and application viability from origination through consummation.

Participate in community and business development activities.

Provide member support for mortgage servicing questions.

Maintains member confidence and protects credit union operations by achieving and continuing to develop knowledge of products and services offered by the credit union.

Complies with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.
