Key Responsibilities


* Arrive on time and maintain consistent daily attendance


* Deliver excellent communication and customer service during each interaction


* Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair electrical components in homes and businesses


* Perform service upgrades, panel replacements, EV charger and generator installs


* Manage inventory of tools and materials in the company vehicle


* Collaborate with dispatchers for efficient scheduling and timely communication with customers


* Obtain job completion sign-off and payment authorization from customers


* Document work completed, including photos and summaries, via service software

Qualifications


* 3+ years of consistent electrical experience


* Working knowledge of local and National Electrical Code


* Ability to troubleshoot both residential and commercial systems


* Must have basic hand and power tools


* Maintain a valid and clean driver's license


* English-speaking preferred
