Key Responsibilities:


* Perform a variety of general construction tasks related to commercial storage facility projects.


* Work with tools and equipment to construct, repair, and maintain structures.


* Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.


* Ensure all work is code-compliant and meets safety regulations.


* Assist in site preparation, material handling, and general labor as needed.


* Troubleshoot construction issues and implement solutions efficiently.


* Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades.


* Maintain a safe and clean job site, following all company and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications:


* Proven experience in commercial construction and maintenance, specifically in storage facilities preferred.


* Strong knowledge of general construction techniques, including framing, drywall, flooring, and finishes.


* Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.


* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.


* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.


* Must have a reliable work ethic and ability to complete projects on time.


* No required licenses, but certifications in relevant trades are a plus.
