How You Will Make an Impact


* Execute precise field installations and repairs for residential, commercial, industrial, and government exterior access systems.


* Maximize daily productivity by following rigid operational standards and procedure-driven technical workflows.


* Resolve real-time mechanical and structural issues on-site under high-pressure field conditions.


* Communicate clearly with clients to build trust, deliver exceptional service, and represent company standards.


* Maintain organized personal inventory and manage company-provided tools to ensure constant project readiness.


* Collaborate with the broader field operations team to achieve weekly efficiency and performance benchmarks.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Proven mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to technical problem-solving.


* Strong communication skills necessary for direct client interaction and team coordination.


* Ability to work independently with a high level of personal accountability and urgency.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 1 year of related work experience specifically within the garage door or exteriors field.


* Prior experience working within a fast-paced, performance-driven service environment.


* Demonstrated ability to interpret mechanical specifications and structural layouts.
