We are searching for the best talent for Associate Director, Strategy and Operations in Spring House, PA.

Purpose: The Associate Director, Strategy and Operations, will play a critical role in functional leadership and operational support to ensure the successful execution of initiatives that enhance efficiency and drive scientific innovation of the Discovery Technologies and Molecular Pharmacology (DTMP) Organization.

This individual will partner closely with the Director of Strategy & Operations to understand Therapeutics Discovery scientific strategy and drive continuous improvements and change management within DTMP.

You will be responsible for:


* Strong working knowledge of R&D overall processes and laboratory work


* Working knowledge of how a new molecular entity is created with emphasis on science needed


* Manage Functional Resources to Target (Operational Costs, Capex, Headcount)


* Optimize functional efficiencies across CROs, contractors, and lab supplies through contracting oversight & procurement partnership


* Manage DTMP partnerships and collaborations in conjunction with Alliance Management


* Drive strategic and process operational improvement initiatives on behalf of DTMP


* Contribute DTMP inputs to Therapeutics Discovery financial planning and forecasting cycles


* Functional Leadership support including LT/ELT Meeting Facilitation & Communications


* Support 2026 Functional G&O development and progress tracking
