THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Medical Affairs Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing the Medical Affairs strategy across all products within the Oncology therapeutic areas.

This high-impact role involves strategic leadership, ensuring launch readiness , ensuring customer-centricity, team empowerment, and operational excellence across ANZ.

You will lead, inspire and empower a large team, whilst maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver value.

Additionally, this role has a strong collaborative and cross-functional approach to ensure business goals are achieved whilst driving strategic initiatives, team performance, and improving patient outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES


* Own, execute and drive the vision of the ANZ Medical Affairs strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and patient needs.


* Drive MSL executional excellence, ensuring consistent, high-quality field medical engagement aligned to strategic priorities, compliance expectations and stakeholder needs.
