Key Responsibilities


* Oversee and manage all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.


* Lead a team of supervisors, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.


* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.


* Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements, including permitting and inspections.


* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to refine designs and resolve issues.


* Monitor project performance, implement improvements, and manage risks proactively.


* Oversee vendor and subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance.


* Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams to ensure professional growth and development.


* Leverage technology and tools to streamline construction processes and reporting.


* Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership, stakeholders, and clients.

Qualifications


* Active CSLB Class B License highly preferred.


* 10+ years of experience in residential real estate development and construction.


* Proven leadership skills with experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.


* Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.


* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.


* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
