Assistant Project Manager – Support Turnkey Cast-in-Place Concrete Projects

The Opportunity:

You will play a vital role in supporting full-scope cast-in-place concrete construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.

Working as an employee-owner, you will collaborate with lead project managers and field staff to deliver high-quality structures.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Manage and organize critical project documents, including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.


* Maintain digital project management platforms like PlanGrid and Procore to ensure real-time accuracy across teams.


* Develop detailed formwork shop drawings using CAD to support accurate field execution.


* Draft, track, and process project change orders to maintain financial and operational alignment.


* Maintain city license and permit logs to ensure full regulatory compliance across all project sites.


* Coordinate clear communication channels between field crews, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.


* Support the compilation and delivery of comprehensive closeout documentation upon project completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* 1–3 years of professional experience in the construction industry.


* Ability to interpret complex construction drawing sets, including Architectural, Civil, Landscape, and Structural plans.


* Strong organizational, time management, and written or verbal communication skills.


* High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.


* Demonstrated history of integrity, ethical standards, and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Direct experience drafting formwork shop drawings using CAD software.


* Working knowledge of PlanGrid and Procore project management software platforms.


* Prior experience working on turnkey, cast-in-place concrete construction projects.
