What You'll Do

As a CNA at Sunrise Post Acute, you will play a vital role in helping our residents maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)


* Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene


* Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation


* Take and document vital signs


* Observe and report changes in resident conditions


* Assist with meal service and hydration


* Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and families


* Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams


* Maintain accurate documentation and resident records

Qualifications


* Current California CNA Certification


* Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Dependable attendance and positive attitude


* Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute experience preferred, but not required


* New CNAs are encouraged to apply
