💰 Compensation


* Starting Pay: $29-$32/hour (based on experience)


* 🌙 $3/hour Weekday Night Shift Differential


* 🎉 $4/hour Weekend Shift Differential (Saturday & Sunday)

🩺 What You'll Do

✨ Deliver exceptional nursing care while ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents
✨ Complete nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
✨ Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safely
✨ Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
✨ Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs while promoting a positive team environment
✨ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
✨ Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate, resident-centered care

✅ What We're Looking For


* Current South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred


* Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities


* Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care


* Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
