Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team for a consistent PRN weekend opportunity .

This position is ideal for an experienced clinician or a therapist looking for a flexible weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

* Weekend coverage: Saturday or Sunday — flexible based on your availability


* Hours: 5-8 hours per weekend on a consistent basis


* Pay: $68-$72/hour

Qualifications


* Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing required


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Compassionate, resident-centered approach


* Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team
