Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate, high-quality care while promoting residents' dignity, comfort, safety, and independence


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals


* Follow individualized care plans and perform assigned nursing-related duties under the direction of licensed nursing staff


* Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team


* Accurately document care provided and maintain required records


* Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents


* Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and other mobility needs


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team


* Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support resident care goals

Qualifications


* Current, active California CNA certification required


* Previous skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred, but not required


* Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Dependable, compassionate, and patient-focused


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
