As a Business Insights & Analytics Intern , you'll work alongside business leaders to help optimize pricing decisions and drive profitable growth for the Animal Nutrition business unit .

Through hands-on projects and cross-functional collaboration, you'll gain exposure to how data, market dynamics, and business strategies come together to influence decision-making.

During the internship, you will:



* Analyze pricing, sales, market, and profitability data to identify business opportunities and support strategic recommendations.



* Partner with Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to understand how commercial decisions impact business performance.



* Learn how market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and commodity dynamics influence pricing strategies.



* Develop data analysis, business storytelling, and decision-making skills through real-world projects.



* Create and present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.



* Gain exposure to the agricultural and animal nutrition industries while building a strong understanding of commercial strategy and revenue management.



* Collaborate with peers, mentors, and leaders across the organization.

Required Qualifications



* Currently enrolled in a Bachel or's degree program with junior standing or higher.



* Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Management, Economics, or related fields .



* Demonstrated interest in using data to solve business problems.



* Experience working with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.



* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.



* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications



* Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization and analytics tools.



* Coursework in analytics, statistics, pricing, economics, finance, or market research.



* Interest in commercial strategy, pricing, revenue management , or business intelligence.



* Understanding of agriculture, animal nutrition, or commodity markets.



* Previous internship, leadership, or project experience demonstrating analytical thinking.
