What You'll Do Set up and operate bindery equipment, including MBO Folders, Muller Martini Saddle Stitchers, UV Coaters, and Hydraulic Paper CuttersRead and follow job tickets to ensure accurate productionMonitor quality throughout production and make machine adjustments as neededComplete production and maintenance documentationPrepare finished products for shipping and mailingHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Experience operating one or more commercial bindery machinesStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailGood communication and time management skillsReliable with a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
