Epic OpTime Senior Consultant

Work you'll do/Responsibilities
* Configure Epic OpTime workflows, including case scheduling, preference cards, intraoperative documentation, and anesthesia records.
* Translate surgical and operating room workflows into Epic system functionality.
* Design configurations that support clinical safety, regulatory requirements, HIPAA, ICD-10, and audit-trail standards.
* Customize decision tables, user roles, security settings, and operating room resource configurations.
* Partner with clinical, IT, and business stakeholders to validate workflows and optimize system performance.
* Support testing, issue resolution, implementation, and end-user readiness for OpTime enhancements.

Qualifications
Required
* Epic OpTime certification
* 4+ years of recent experience in OpTime application build and maintenance
* Experience with building surgical scheduling, preference cards, intraoperative documentation and anesthesia records
* Experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience
* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
* Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
This may include overnight travel.
