Work you'll do/Responsibilities


* Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and status meetings with client IT and business stakeholders


* Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements related to provider data and claims processing


* Create and maintain Interface Contract Documents (ICDs) defining data exchange specifications between systems


* Work closely with the IT team to translate business requirements into Source-to-Target Mapping documents


* Perform data analysis to validate provider data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems


* Conduct defect and issue analysis, working with technical teams to identify root causes and drive resolution


* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case review, issue triage, and stakeholder sign-off


* Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle


* Document and communicate project status, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders
