We are currently looking for compassionate, energetic, and dedicated South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team!

🩺 What You'll Do:

❤️ Provide direct nursing care to residents

❤️ Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

❤️ Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately

❤️ Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

❤️ Maintain accurate and timely documentation

❤️ Help create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents

❤️ Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

What We're Looking For:

✔ Active and unencumbered South Carolina LPN License

✔ Current CPR Certification

✔ Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

✔ Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

✔ Strong clinical and communication skills

✔ Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care

✔ Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

General Purpose

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.

Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
