DEFINITION: Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Accounting Manager oversees the daily operations of the accounting function at Partnership Health Center (PHC), an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for supervising accounting staff, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations, maintaining compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal grant requirements, and organizational policies, and supporting financial reporting, audit, and compliance activities.

The position plays a key role in maintaining strong internal controls, safeguarding organizational assets, and supporting the financial integrity of the organization.
