How You Will Make an Impact


* Diagnose and resolve complex electrical failures in wiring, circuits, and panels using advanced diagnostic tools.


* Execute high-quality repairs and replacements of circuit breakers, transformers, and specialized commercial equipment.


* Perform preventative maintenance inspections to ensure client systems exceed safety standards and National Electrical Code requirements.


* Interpret intricate blueprints and technical schematics to implement precise electrical upgrades and modifications.


* Manage onsite parts inventory and document labor hours to maintain project transparency and efficiency.


* Mentor junior apprentices during field installations to uphold the company’s standards of excellence.


* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by explaining technical solutions and recommending long-term system improvements.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical service, maintenance, or commercial troubleshooting.


* Proven proficiency in reading blueprints, interpreting the NEC, and executing lockout/tagout safety protocols.


* Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage service calls with minimal oversight.


* Strong communication skills necessary for professional client interaction and accurate field reporting.


* Physical capability to navigate confined spaces, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship or technical certification program.


* Specialized experience with generators, or EV charging infrastructure.


* Advanced knowledge of general commercial applications and automated system layouts.


* Experience in Lighting Controls and Low Voltage Systems
