M&S Development LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lead Finish Carpenter to join our growing field operations team.

This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale residential remodels, additions, and new home construction throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Key Responsibilities


* Perform both rough and finish carpentry work with precision


* Install interior and exterior trim, doors, and windows


* Construct stairs, landings, and custom features


* Install kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and vinyl plank flooring


* Read and interpret blueprints and follow specifications


* Assist Project Managers with structural layout and installation planning


* Ensure quality workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks


* Understand and adhere to local building codes and safety regulations

Qualifications


* Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience


* Strong knowledge of framing, trim, and cabinetry installation


* Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


* Own basic carpentry tools and be comfortable using hand and power tools


* Ability to lift and move materials, climb, bend, and work on feet for long periods


* Strong communication skills with coworkers and clients


* Independent, detail-oriented, and dependable


* High School Diploma or GED preferred
