We are looking to strengthen our presence in the DACH market by recruiting a new Business Development Manager.

The DACH region is currently facing major energy and industrial challenges and is implementing ambitious decarbonization policies: large-scale deployment of renewable energy, coal phase-out, development of green hydrogen, rollout of ISO 50001 certification, etc.

Our ambition is to expand the deployment of our sustainability consulting services among major industrial and financial players in the DACH region.

Your IMPACT:


* Build and manage relationships with corporate and financial stakeholders to support decarbonization, sustainability, and energy transition initiatives


* Drive business development in the DACH region by identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and promoting tailored service solutions


* Lead the full sales cycle: from opportunity identification and qualification to value proposition development, offer preparation, negotiation, and deal closing


* Ensure successful delivery by collaborating closely with internal teams and aligning solutions with client objectives (e.g., energy efficiency, renewables, electrification)


* Monitor market trends, innovations, and customer needs in the decarbonization space


* Collaborate with internal teams across the DACH region to leverage expertise and drive growth


* Represent the organization in client interactions, industry events, and relevant forums

Your Profile:


* Completed Master's degree or comparable qualification (Bac+5)


* Sales & Industry Experience: Proven experience (min.

3 years) in sales consulting or similar roles, ideally within decarbonization, energy, or related sectors


* Technical & Market Understanding: Solid knowledge of decarbonization strategies and technologies; experience with industrial clients and/or financial institutions is a plus


* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders (including C-level)


* Customer Orientation: Strong client focus with the ability to understand needs and translate them into solutions
