Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities Include:


* Monitor, plan and implement the nursing care of residents within the facility under direction of a Registered Nurse.


* Ensures continuity of care of residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNAs and support staff members.


* Participates in resident and family teaching.


* Serves as resident advocate with focus on the facilitys mission.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications/Requirements:


* Current/valid Florida LPN license/registration.


* Previous experience in long term care preferred.


* Must be in good physical and mental health.


* Ability to work independently or part of a group.


* Effectively communicate with others.

Shifts Available:


* All Shifts Available

Salary: $28 an hour

Facility Location: 6363 Verde Trail S, Boca Raton, FL
