Scope:

The Warehouse Associate 1 is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient handling of materials within the warehouse.

This includes processing inventory transactions through the D365 ERP system, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production needs through timely material movement.

The role encompasses physical material handling, system updates, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations.

Job Summary:

Warehouse Associate 1 is responsible for accurately processing, moving, and controlling materials within the warehouse to support production and inventory operations.

Additional responsibilities include receiving incoming goods, participating in routine cycle counts, and supporting general warehouse housekeeping.

This role utilizes the D365 ERP system and handheld mobile devices to maintain inventory accuracy through the creation and posting of movement and transfer journals.

The position performs material handling tasks using manual methods or material-handling equipment and ensures the timely delivery of materials to designated production and storage areas.

The Warehouse Associate I is also expected to actively contribute improvement ideas that enhance warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

All tasks must be performed in alignment with established safety procedures and company standards operation procedures to maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
