2nd Shift CNC Operator I
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED preferred.
* 1 years of operating machinery or CNC Certificate preferred.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and work instructions in English.
* Basic shop math skills, including algebra; SPC knowledge preferred.
* Ability to use precision measuring instruments and gauges, including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, comparators, and other applicable gauges.
* Basic knowledge of CNC machining, cutting tools, tool offsets, and machine setup; ability to learn CNC lathe setup and operate multiple machines, where applicable.
* Understanding of 5S, preventative maintenance, first-piece verification, and applicable quality processes.
* Ability to obtain and perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) authorization.
* Ability to lift to 30 pounds regularly.
* Follows all safety procedures and properly uses required equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

* Need to be able to wear safety steel toe shoes and walk around shop floor environment as needed.
* Be able to remove dangling jewelry for shop floor assigned tasks, and wear hearing protection as needed.
