JOB SUMMARY

Supervises experienced business enablers and/or entry individual contributors.

Manages day-to-day critical supply chain Warehouse and Distribution standard operating procedures, critical milestones, key performance measures, and end deliverables.

Defines project terms for high-level departmental delegation for warehouse material movement and the subsequent processing and distribution of all finished goods and services in compliance with regulatory agency protocols, quality standards and applicable local and federal regulations.

In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:


* Supervises individual contributors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.



* Oversees high-level Gel Mix / Warehouse and Distribution supply chain logistics operations, from initial receiving of components in materials movement, to the final distribution and transportation of finished goods.
