Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting an Order to Cash Business Process Analyst.

Johnson & Johnson MedTech provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions.

The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson MedTech franchises.

Johnson & Johnson America's Excellence US Order to Cash Business Process Enablement & Reliability team is part of Johnson & Johnson's Supply Chain organization supporting operations across all Johnson & Johnson MedTech Companies.

Deliver strives to deliver exceptional customer experience through leading critical customer-facing functions such as customer service, distribution and transportation.

In addition, Deliver oversees critical business enablers, including how we gather and manage supply chain master data, safe and secure supply chain practices, product identification standards, and market/channel access capabilities.

It supports Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices sector and located in every region of the world where Johnson & Johnson operates.

This role will be part of US Order to Cash Business Process Enablement & Reliability, reporting to the Manager Business Process Enablement, Surgery, EP, &Neuro.

The OTC Business Enablement Analyst will be a key partner in deployment of enhanced business processes, and root cause analysis and resolution of process issues that impact MedTech franchises while maintaining a customer centric focus.
