Director, Enterprise Data & Agentic AI Experience

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The Senior Director, Data & Agentic AI Experience serves as the single front door to the business for all Enterprise Data, AI, Agentic AI, Analytics, and Intelligent Automation initiatives.

This role is accountable for shaping enterprise demand, governing the portfolio of investments, translating business strategy into a funded AI roadmap, and ensuring measurable business value realization across the organization.
