Senior Associate Product Manager - Private Bank Digital Team

Role Overview

The JP Private Bank Digital Team is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to help manage, track, and grow the Private Bank's leads and prospect pipeline.

This role will partner closely with advisors, banking teams, sales leadership, marketing, analytics, design, technology, data science, and AI teams to improve how prospects are captured, prioritized, nurtured, converted, and measured across digital and advisor-led channels.

The ideal candidate has prior experience as a Private Bank advisor, banker, or client-facing banking team member and understands how advisors build relationships, qualify opportunities, and move prospects through the pipeline.

This person will bring frontline knowledge into the product development process to create practical, intuitive, and high-impact digital tools for advisors and leadership.

They should also have a strong interest in how AI can improve advisor productivity, prospect prioritization, personalized outreach, pipeline insights, and next-best-action recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership & Execution


* Support the product strategy and roadmap for Private Bank lead and prospect management capabilities.


* Translate advisor, banker, and leadership needs into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows, and success criteria.


* Partner with design, technology, analytics, data science, and AI teams to deliver digital tools that improve prospect visibility, workflow efficiency, and conversion outcomes.


* Manage product backlog prioritization in partnership with senior product leads and business stakeholders.


* Drive execution across discovery, requirements, testing, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.

Leads & Prospect Management


* Help define and improve the end-to-end prospect journey, from initial lead capture through qualification, assignment, follow-up, conversion, and reporting.


* Identify opportunities to improve how advisors manage prospect pipelines, prioritize outreach, and track next-best actions.


* Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into lead sources, pipeline health, advisor engagement, and conversion performance.


* Support initiatives that increase prospect growth, improve lead quality, and reduce operational friction for banking teams.

AI-Driven Advisor Enablement


* Interest or experience using AI to support product delivery and insights


* Explore opportunities to use AI to help advisors better identify, prioritize, and engage with high-potential prospects.


* Partner with data science, analytics, and technology teams to evaluate AI-enabled capabilities such as lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, automated insights, outreach support, pipeline summaries, and prospect research assistance.
