What are we looking for?

The LSS Panel Technician II is responsible for providing technical support for engineering staff, including performing duties related to testing.

This Technician II works under direct supervision and is responsible for performing electrical/performance testing on a variety of products to the provisions of U.S., Canada (e.g., IES, CIE, NEMA, UL/CSA) and other international product safety standards, writing reports and communicating with clients.

This position has the potential for 5% travel.

Salary & Benefits Information

The base wage or salary range for this position is $28/hr-$32/hr.

Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:


* Receive, log, inspect, and track client test samples (EUT) throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring proper handling and storage.


* Set up and execute standard test plans under the direction of engineering staff according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety standard test programs.


* Construct, wire, and troubleshoot specialized test benches and automated test fixtures using basic hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment.
