Field Mechanic (Barnesville)

The Field Mechanicis responsible for maximum performance and efficiency of all electronics (equipment, controls, wiring, etc.) used in our silo operations.

Primary responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, cable building, calibration and repair and maintenance on electronic data acquisition (DAQ)and vega level measurement sensors Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Install, configure and update Programmable Logic Controller LC (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI) and other electronic equipment and instrumentationInspect, troubleshoot and repair of electronic equipment; preventative maintenanceAssemble, install or repair wiring, electrical and electronic componentsUse schematics to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve electrical problemsDocument repairs, inspections and testing for all equipmentCollect data throughout shift to ensure accurate documentation and reportingPerform regular and scheduled maintenance on silo equipment to ensure safe and efficient operationsCreate and maintain a safe work environment by wearing PPE and following site safety standardsCreate and maintain a safe work environment by wearing PPE and following site safety standardsCommunicates operating malfunctions and performance issues to managementPerforms other related duties as assigned
