Job Summary: The Pilates Reformer Instructor develops and teaches apparatus classes with the option to take on private clients.

Instructors provide safe, effective, and motivating classes for participants to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Essential Functions: Awareness and use modifications based on client's acute or chronic conditions to ensure safety in class plansBe available to promote and instruct demos to increase interest in Pilates programsCommunicate with class participants to update about changes in classes as neededCreate, plan, and teach reformer/ apparatus classesMaintain all administrative tasks including keep accurate class attendance, accurate time sheets, finding appropriate substitute teacher coverage, maintain current availability, be able to communicate with supervisor in a timely mannerMaintain current CPR and credentials and CECs to stay current on new fitness trendsOption to add on Mat Pilates classes to the group exercise schedule, additional group exercise certification requiredOption to add on private clients to build s...
