We are seeking a strategic Creative Director to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of human-centered digital experiences for large-scale digital transformation initiatives in the public sector.

This leader will work with business stakeholders, product owners, and client executives to shape modern, accessible, and user-focused solutions that improve outcomes for citizens, clients, and government organizations.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in user experience design, consulting, facilitation, and team leadership.

This role will help organizations modernize legacy experiences into intuitive, scalable digital products and services.

As a Creative Director on the Customer Strategy & Design team, you will be responsible for...


* Leading the design vision, strategy, and execution for digital transformation programs serving public sector clients


* Directing multidisciplinary teams across user experience design, service design, content, and prototyping efforts


* Partnering with client executives, product owners, and business stakeholders to define experience strategies and solution roadmaps


* Guiding user research, journey mapping, concept development, and experience design to improve digital service delivery


* Driving the creation of accessible, scalable, and user-centered digital products that support modernization goals
