ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Guest Service: Provide exemplary, personalized service to members and guests, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and enjoyment throughout their dining experience.

Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly and courteously.Menu Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the dining menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.

Assist members and guests in making informed menu choices and provide recommendations as needed.Order Taking: Accurately take guests food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.

Relay orders promptly and accurately to the kitchen.Table Preparation: Set and maintain elegant table settings, ensuring they meet the standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Ensure tables are appropriately arranged for the number of guests in the party.Beverage Service: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and guidelines.

Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices.Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and other waitstaff members to ensure smooth and timely service.

Communicate member feedback and special requests to the relevant teams.
