Minneapolis Radiation Oncology is recruiting for a Part-time 0.8 Medical Secretary to work in our busy Radiation Therapy Department located within Brainerd Specialty Center.

The ability to flex up and stay late occasionally if patients are still in the clinic is important.

Duties include: Greeting and registering patients in a welcoming mannerScheduling new patient consultations and a variety of follow-up appointmentsRequesting and organizing prior medical recordsPreparing patient charts with medical history for new patientsAnswering phones professionallySupporting Physicians and Nurses with administrative duties
